For the past 15 years, I have been creating artwork and T-shirt designs for bands from all over the world. Most of the bands I work with come from darker musical territories — metal, punk, rock, experimental and other underground genres. One of the things I enjoy most is when a band discovers one of my drawings and contacts me because they feel it would perfectly fit their new record, tour or merchandise. I also love being given complete creative freedom and creating something from scratch based on the atmosphere and spirit of their music. T-shirt design is probably my favourite part of this work, although I have also created a lot of album covers and other music-related artwork over the years. For me, there is something incredibly rewarding about seeing a drawing that started on my desk being worn by someone somewhere in the world — especially when I unexpectedly see someone wearing one of my designs at a concert or festival. The artwork leaves my studio, takes on a new life, and becomes part of a band's world.
